Resistors are recommended to create higher power draw. Each resistor will connected between the common ground (-), and the corresponding signal wire (+). Adding a 50Watt 6 Ohm resistor to each light bumps up the amperage to 2.1Amp@12.8V (high power) from 0.22Amp, and 2.05Amp@12.8V (low power) from 0.11Amp. This will prevent the dash warning light from coming on.
