i8 DRL

i8 DRL series LEDs come equipped with two small LEDs, separate from the main LEDs, capable of operating at voltage from 3.8V to 10V DC. If voltage is greater than 10V DC then the main LEDs turn on. Both the main and DRL LEDs adjust their light output based on the voltage supplied. Wht this means is that at a lower voltage the light output will also be lower. i8 series is canbus compatible and pulse width modulation (PWM) tested, so they won't flicker on you in DRL mode. i8 LEDs have a colling fan mounted at the top of the LED bulb which makes them suitable for installations in exposed areas like fog light installation. The internal cooling fan pushes the heat created by the LED into the headlight which aids in keeping the lens warm in winter time.
