75W Conversion Kits

Each 75W HID kit comes with true 75W HID bulbs, 75W ballasts, and a 40A relay. These kits are extremely bright and do create heat inside the lens in excess of 100C. To dissipate the heat, they need to be installed in a large headlight lens (min recommended size - 4" dia). DO NOT install these in small projector housings or small fog lights. We have bench tested these 75W HIDs in a large headlight from a Dodge Caravan, and even though the housing got very hot, nothing inside our on the outside of the housing melted. Each and every kit is tested prior to being shipped out to ensure bulbs and ballast are 100% working, and bulb color matches.
